Cengar® JP901 Air Saw
The Cengar® JP901 is an air saw with a short, fast stroke, delivering up to 10,000 strokes per minute for efficient cutting of thin-section materials such as glass fibre, reinforced composites, and light gauge metals. It cuts GRP up to 6 mm (¼″) and metal up to 3 mm (⅛″).
Blades and Cutting Applications
When used with Cengar Yellow Notched and Tapered Blades, the JP901 air saw enables tight, accurate cuts in confined spaces. It is suitable for shaping instrument panels in boats, buses, trucks, and cars.
This air saw also supports standard 12 mm (½″) bi-metal blades, which are suitable for cutting light fabricated products. An optional dust extraction hood is available for use with vacuum cleaners or fixed extraction systems.
