PL905 & PL905FT

PL905 – with outside rear trigger
PL905FT – with inside front trigger

  • Cuts metal pipe, Sections, Bolts, Conduit, Cable and GRP.
  • A low vibration, fast cutting handheld air saw.
  • Ideal for cutting heavy section G.R.P. and Metal up to 50mm (2″) thick.
  • Used for many applications including Oil & Petrochemical, Pallet Repair, Boatbuilding, Ship Building and Repair, Vehicle Repair & Adaptations and Aircraft Maintenance.
  • Supplied in a carry case complete with sample blades and a 250ml bottle of oil.
  • Use freehand with our MC Red Blades – 220mm long 18 or 24 tpi.

CL50 & CL75 Saw

CL50 & CL75 – has an outside rear trigger

  • Used for demanding applications, Cutting Metal & Glass Fibre Plastic.
  • The CL50 & CL75 air saws can be used handheld or clamp mounted for cutting heavier sections and Pipe up to 150mm (6″) dia.
  • Used for many applications in Oil & Petrochemical, Fabrication, Ship Building and Repair, Boatbuilding, Aircraft Maintenance and by Fire and Rescue Services.
  • Supplied in a carry case complete with sample blades and a 250ml bottle of oil.
  • The CL50 Air Saw uses any 12mm (1/2″) wide Bi-Metal hand or machine blades.
  • The CL75 Air Saw uses Cengar MB Blue Blades 150 to 300mm long in 10/14, 18 or 24 tpi.

CS75 Saw

  • Cuts all types of Steel Sections and pipe up to 150mm (6″) dia.
  • A more powerful version of the CL75 air saw. Ideal for cutting a wide range of materials including hard steels like Stainless.
  • Use freehand or with optional  Clamp with Blade Guide for straight cuts, can also be used freehand
  • Supplied in a carry case complete with clamp, sample blades and a 250ml bottle of oil.
  • Use Cengar MB Blue Blades 150 to 300mm long in 10/14, 18 or 24 tpi.

JSZ Saw With Clamp

  • Cuts Steel Sections and Pipe up to 300mm (12″) dia
  • The JSZ air saw is used in the Oil & Petrochemical and Pipe Fabrication Industries for cutting steel sections and pipe up to 300mm (12″) diameter.
  • This air saw comes complete with a pipe & profile clamp, and a blade guide to ensure straight cuts. Using it in a mounted position means there is no hand arm vibration problem.
  • Supplied in a carry case complete with clamp, sample blades and a 250ml bottle of oil.
  • Use Cengar Grey Blades MJ300 or MJ450mm long in 6, 8, 10/14 or 14 tpi.
